Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The product is significantly different from the description

  • The product was not delivered within 45 business days

Return Window

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Items returned without prior authorization

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
